Hi, I’m Hannah.

I’m a personal chef based in Burlington, VT. I’m trained in plant-based cooking and hold a health-supportive culinary degree from Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City.

For me, cooking seasonally with fresh, whole, locally sourced food, while knowing my farmers, is very important. I believe that the best dishes are those that only have a few simple ingredients, freshly picked, at the peak of their season.

My cooking is vegetable-forward, and pescatarian diets are my bread and butter. I enjoy menu planning and catering to all kinds of diets - incorporating all wants, needs, and restrictions. For me, food is medicine, but should also be a joy to eat.
